Part 6 - Am I Following His Purpose?
This message challenges us to examine the deepest motivation behind everything we do - our 'why.' Drawing from 1 Corinthians 10:31 and Colossians 3:17, we're reminded that whether we're eating, drinking, working, parenting, or serving, everything should be done for God's glory. The central question isn't what we're doing, but why we're doing it. Are we living for the approval of others, seeking performance-based validation, or genuinely offering our lives as worship to God? The transformation happens when we shift from working for human bosses to working for the ultimate Boss - Jesus himself. This isn't about religious performance or false humility; it's about authentic surrender. When we understand that Christ is both Creator and the reason for all things, our mundane tasks become sacred offerings. The dishwasher becomes a worship leader, the carpenter becomes a minister, and the parent becomes a priest. God isn't impressed with what we can do for Him in our own strength - He's moved by what we allow Him to do through us. This message invites us to quit our jobs in our hearts and sign back up with God, bringing Him to work with us, transforming every ordinary moment into an opportunity for His glory.
